Wiegner 1872 in Bayreuth

We celebrated our wedding with about 40 people at the Wiegner family. The previous planning, the ambience, the service and of course the food were really great! Our guests were also very enthusiastic. We can only recommend the restaurant!

Excellent food at reasonable prices. Nice, caring, but not too intrusive staff. Nice ambience. Unfortunately, some chairs become a bit uncomfortable in the long run because they are tilted slightly forward. Nevertheless, the restaurant can be recommended at any time.

Upscale gastronomy with reasonable prices. There is only one small menu, but I still found it difficult to choose between all the interesting dishes. Very nice ambience and very attentive, but not intrusive service. We weren't here for the last time.

Upscale gastronomy with reasonable prices. Very good service, even if it took a little too long at the back. The food was - especially for Bayreuth - good, in a great location and overall round. Dogs are also very welcome. We'd love to come back.

The menu card is clear and it is difficult to choose what, because everything sounds so good. The food was excellent! Fine Italian cuisine. Delicious! We recommend!

Insider tip, if you do not come from Bayreuth. Inviting atmosphere both in the secluded garden outside as well as in the restaurant. Exquisite menu of food and wines. Only the boss could smile a little more often.

An absolute must for anyone who appreciates Italian, fine cuisine. Always changing menu, very delicious dishes, where you can taste the freshness of the ingredients and the heart's blood in the preparation. Excellent wines.

The food was delicious and fresh. We ordered vegan or halal and the restaurant was accommodate to it which was very cortious of them. Food was served fresh and the restaurant itself has history and uniqueness to it. Ambiance was great too. Overall it was a 5 star experience for a restaurant to go to in Bayreuth
